Industrial Stainless Steel funnels and cones are used across manufacturing, processing, and bulk handling operations wherever reliable, efficient product flow is required. From small-volume filling applications to large-diameter bulk material transfer, TMS industrial funnels are formed from a single 304 or 316 stainless steel metal blank, producing a fully seamless, weld-free cone built to improve flow, minimize contamination risk, and outlast welded alternatives in demanding plant environments.
TMS standard funnel and cone sizes range from 3.91″ to 36″ in diameter and 0.22 to 51 gallons in volume. Most funnels ship with a flat bottom opening, and can be customized with holes, fittings, and hardware at any fabrication shop, or by TMS directly. Volume pricing is available at 5, 10n and 25 piece quantities, and blanket order arrangements are available upon request for ongoing production needs.

Yes. TMS builds to print and accepts CAD files, dimensional drawings, and sketches. If you have an existing part you need reproduced or a new design that needs to be developed, contact us, or send it to us through the Request a Quote form. We're happy to review it and will respond with a lead time and price estimate.
Standard builds are produced in 304 and 316 stainless steel. We can also work in aluminum, cold rolled steel, copper, and brass depending on your application requirements. If your application involves a specific material grade or alloy, contact us or submit a print using our Request a Quote form.
TMS performs all secondary fabrication in-house, including TIG welding, beading and edge rolling, stamping, CNC machining, laser cutting, and polishing to specified Ra surface finish values. This means your assembly can be completed with custom fittings, flanges, holes, and finishing in-house.
Sanitary funnels and cones, double-walled or jacketed funnels, and specialty funnels are available. For a custom build, contact us or submit a print through our RFQ form.
In-stock standard funnels ship within 1-2 business days. Lead times vary depending on complexity, material availability, and current production volume. No, there is no minimum quantity requirement for TMS funnels. TMS produces sanitary, specialty, and double-walled funnels in quantities from a single prototype through high-volume production runs.
