Stainless Steel Funnels With Welded Sanitary Fittings
Toledo Metal Spinning’s sanitary stainless steel funnels are manufactured by welding a stainless steel fitting to the end of our industrial funnels, and finishing it off with a 32ra sanitary finish on the inside, and a 125ra cosmetic finish to the outside. Using TIG welding, common weld related issues such as corrosion, leaking, cracks, sanitary, and porosity issues are eliminated. The smooth weld-free radius transition between the cone shaped bottom and cylinder shaped top improves both product flow and clean out for the applications requiring sanitary conditions. Sanitary funnels are made to order, and can be purchased through our online shop!

These stainless steel funnels come with a 1 1/2″ OD Sanitary fitting welded to the end of the cone, with a 125ra outside finish, 32ra inside finish.
