Toledo Metal Spinning Founded in 1929

Rudolph Bruehner of West Germany Founded Toledo Metal Spinning Company. The company started solely as a metal spinning company. Throughout the years that followed, the company started to acquire deep draw presses and special stamping machines.  It was discovered by Mr. Bruehner that the stamping process actually proved to complement the spinning process by facilitating the engineering processes and allowing the more difficult shapes and sizes to be first pre-formed on the press and then finished up on the metal spinning lathe (and vice-versa).  Production time is reduced due to the compatibility of the processes.
